Nuturer.io Marketing Terms and Conditions

These Terms and Conditions (“Agreement”) are entered into by and between Nurturer.io Company and the client  for the provision of marketing services. By engaging in business with Nurturer.io, the Client agrees to the following terms:

Services :Nurturer.io agrees to provide marketing services as outlined in the agreed-upon proposal or contract.

Payment: Client agrees to pay all fees as specified in the agreed-upon proposal or contract. Invoices are due on the date specified and are considered delinquent if not paid within the specified timeframe.

Term and Termination: The term of this Agreement is as specified in the proposal or contract. Either party may terminate this Agreement with written notice if the other party breaches any material term.

Intellectual Property: Any intellectual property created during the provision of services shall be the property of the Client upon full payment of all fees.

Confidentiality: Both parties agree to keep confidential any proprietary information received during the term of this Agreement.

Indemnification: Client agrees to indemnify and hold harmless Nurturer.io against any claims arising out of the Client’s use of the marketing services.

Limitation of Liability: In no event shall Nurturer.io be liable for any consequential, incidental, indirect, or special damages.\Governing Law:

This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Washington State and any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Washington State.

Amendments: This Agreement may only be amended in writing and signed by both parties.

Entire Agreement: This Agreement constitutes the entire understanding between the parties and supersedes all prior agreements, oral or written, relating to the subject matter.

Upon signing up for a free trial you agree to the follow: You won’t be billed for our monthly service fee today. After 14 Days, we will automatically charge your card on file for the pricing option you select unless you cancel. Upon activating a free trial, we do a test pending charge of $1.00 to verify your card which is not a charge. SMS/Call fees may occur during your free trial if you exceed the included monthly SMS/Call credits that come with each plan. See Pricing Here for additional info. By submitting you agree to receive sms and email notifications from Coachmatix as seen in our Terms and can opt out of sms by replying ‘stop’.

By engaging in services with Nurturer.io, the Client acknowledges understanding and acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.
